At Bookish for Always, all of our products are made to order, which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Refunds
While we don't accept returns, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- Your order has not been delivered within 30 days of your purchase date

How to Request a Refund

Non-Refundable Items
Please note that refunds are not available for:
- Orders where incorrect shipping details were provided
- Delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers
